Who is Looking Back at You Today?

“If you’re searching for that one person that will change your life, take a look in the mirror.”

This requires no further explanation really.  It is more of an awareness message.  However, in preparing this post, I stumbled across some profound pearls of wisdom:

  1. You are enough. Savour your uniqueness, strengths and independence.
  2. Never stop reaching for your potential. There is a plan for your life.  As you follow that path you will live out your God-given purpose and experience true fulfillment.
  3. If you focus on someone else for your happiness, you become vulnerable for destruction. Reserve a little of you. Stay curious and interesting.   Insecurities will deplete others, and leave your reserves empty.
  4. Relying on other people to make you happy is denying your unique and beautiful self.

So, who is looking back at you today?

It is all too easy to slip up and not see the beautiful you on bad days.  We all have them.  In fact, one of the ‘pearls’ above that really struck me was my past tendency to focus on other people to bring me happiness.  Don’t get me wrong, I am typically a happy, up beat person; some days are just more difficult than others.  My slip-up moment.

Life coaching is an excellent process that brings about lasting change.  While anyone can make changes independently, research consistently affirms that having a plan and accountability yields greater success.  You were born with a purpose and as you begin to walk forward, that will become clearer.

You matter.  It is time to make a difference.

Are you ready to invest in lasting change for yourself, today?  Prepare yourself to smile back at the reflection in the mirror.
